Raja Yoga 8 Basics Parts

World renowned yoga and exercise, which is a type of very high application rate. Yoga is known as a sport at the same time, Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism is also referred to as a variety of meditative practices. In Hinduism, it is known as one of the six traditional philosophical schools.

Eight basic characteristics of raja yoga varieties are available. The eight step is expressed as follows;

  • Yama (the five "retreat"): Do no harm, accuracy, play my, checking sensual pleasure, not to hoarding
  • Niyama (Five "observation") that bees, if not satisfied, ardent desire, reading, remembering
  • Asana: word meaning "place of residence", used in meditation, in Patanjali's Yoga Sutra refers to the sitting posture.
  • Pranayama ("Suspending Breath"): Pranee, breath, "to the moon", which means to stop. Also, can be interpreted as control of the life force.
  • Pratyahara ("Isolation") is withdrawal of sense organs from external objects.
  • Dharana ("Concentration"): Focus your attention on a single object decentralization.
  • Dhyana ("Meditation"): Meditation on the nature of the object is intense contemplation.
  • Samadhi ("Liberation"): Meditation is the unification of consciousness with the object.
